Oil cooler is cooling lubricant oil, keep the oil temperature in the normal working range. In the high power of the engine, due to the large heat load we must configure the oil cooler. the role of the oil cooler is to reduce the oil temperature, to maintain a certain lubricating oil viscosity and lubricating ability. Oil cooler is arranged on the circulating oil circuit of the lubricating system.
Oil cooler: stainless steel oil cooler and aluminium alloy oil cooler
Introduction of stainless steel oil cooler:
Mainly divided into: plate fin oil cooler, nest plate type oil cooler, disc type oil cooler, mainly for engineering machinery, commercial vehicles, ships, power generator units and other engine and gearbox oil cooling.
Oil cooler and cover assembly:
Mainly used for engine and transmission oil cooler module. Advantages: easy maintenance.
